What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and (optionally) your name. When you send a contract we store the document content, the recipient’s email, and a signing audit log (IP address, user-agent, and timestamp of every view and signature). Payment information is stored by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

We use your data solely to operate the service: authenticate you, send and display contracts, produce audit trails, and bill your subscription. We do not sell data to third parties.

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email
  • Anthropic — AI document review (only the text of documents you submit for review)
  • Cloudflare — DNS and CDN

Retention

Account and contract data are retained while your account is active. On deletion, data is removed within 30 days except where we are legally required to keep it (e.g. tax records).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@luvsign.com. Under GDPR you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies on this marketing site or the product.
